Team Appreciation Week

We dedicate time to thank our employees and volunteers for all of their hard work! Throughout a specific week in the season, we are excited to be able to offer some special ‘employee/volunteer-only’ benefits and deals.

Leadership Last Laps - invite only

Once the season is over, we invite our Leadership Team for a fun day under the sun! Skiing/Riding + a fabulous breakfast to help celebrate another season in the books.

Team Celebration

We like to celebrate! This gathering includes a food drive, raffles/prizes, free dinner, photo booth, and a Silent Disco – shhh!

Winter Kick Off + Taste of Copper

We host an all staff meeting at the beginning of the season. Copper’s President discusses updates along with our parent company, POWDR. In addition, our Copper Chefs will be hosting “A Taste of Copper” that includes samplings/appetizers from some of our key restaurants.

Free Dinners (Community + Copper)

Throughout the winter season, we offer Free Dinners for our employees and volunteers. These dinners are hosted at the Employee Housing Building or at Copper’s Chapel Community Room. Prepare to feast on grilled chicken, minestrone soup, sloppy joe sandwiches, or grilled angus beef steak!

Free Vaccine Clinics

Throughout the beginning of the season, we offer free flu shots for all Copper Mountain Employees and Volunteers. Arm yourself!

Wellness – Yoga

We host various wellness activities throughout the season including yoga twice a week. These classes are free and hosted right in our employee housing building for convenience.

Blood Drive

We like to do our part to help the community! We host a couple of Blood Drives throughout the year in our Employee Housing Building.
