Colorado launched a new benefit as of 1/1/24 called FAMLI (Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program).  This is a paid leave program for anyone who has earned more than $2500 in the past year in wages in our state.  This program runs concurrent with FMLA (Family Medical leave Act) and any other benefits that you may be eligible for (i.e. POWDR Paid Parental Leave, Short term disability).
